The transition from summer to fall is always a bittersweet moment for me. I’m never ready to say goodbye to long, warm summer nights, but I also can’t wait to start baking fall recipes, like this scrumptious apple cobbler.
I really enjoy the process of upcycling and refinishing well worn objects. It’s so satisfying giving them a new life and purpose. For instance, we took this old cable spool and turned it into our new patio table!
This is one of those recipes that I raised my eyebrows at the first time I heard about it. I like watermelon. I like mint. I like feta. I would not have ever put them together, yet as soon as I tried this, it quickly became one of my favourites.
